Galaxy Digital is exploring becoming a liquidity provider for the prediction markets Polymarket and Kalshi.
BlockBeats News, November 25th, according to Bloomberg, Galaxy Digital Inc. is in discussions with Polymarket and Kalshi Inc. to become a liquidity provider on their platforms, as the prediction market continues to attract retail demand and pique Wall Street's interest, driving up the sector's popularity.
Galaxy Digital founder Mike Novogratz stated in an interview that Galaxy Digital has always focused on providing crypto infrastructure to institutions. If they enter as a market maker, they will provide regular quotes on these prediction trading platforms to enhance platform liquidity.
He said: "We are conducting small-scale experiments on market-making in prediction markets, but I believe you will eventually see us provide broader liquidity."
